Creative Director
Jacinta Landon (JC)
JC is a fully qualified dance teacher with years of experience, from Television to Stage. She's danced her way through New Zealand, Asia, & Europe.
Teaching dance for 20 years, JC is passionate about building knowledge, skill, passion & confidence.
``To express yourself creatively through dance is very powerful. There is huge history in dance, & I find it fascinating & exciting to teach. Dance helps you to grow as a human on so many levels. I aim to teach humility with strong confidence. To remain open to continuous learning, but have the strength to take ownership of our greatness.``

Isaac Farmer
Isaac joined us in 2018 and has been an amazing part of ELEVATE since!
Isaac is a highly accomplished dancer, teacher, and choreographer with 20 years experience in the Street Dance industry.
As a performer and choreographer, he has achieved numerous titles at regional, national, and international levels. His stage credits include appearances on Britain’s Got Talent, Floyd Mayweather’s UK Tour 2020, the Breakin’ Convention UK Tour, and MOVE IT.
Since August 2024, Isaac has stepped into a new role as Director and Owner of Shake Dance, where he continues to teach and mentor aspiring dancers. He is also an active member of the renowned London-based dance group, Definitives, where he continues his professional development.

Holly Lake
Holly Lake is an accomplished advanced dancer and successful choreographer. With over a decade of experience in various dance forms, including Street Dance and Classical styles, Holly has established herself as a prominent figure in our dance community. Currently, Holly is working towards her qualification in Exercise to Music within ELEVATES’ teacher training program. This new endeavor reflects her commitment to promoting health and through movement, enabling her to teach safely and effectively to safeguard ELEVATES’ students.

Ayron Campbell
Ayron Campbell is a versatile performer/performing arts teacher with a wealth of performance experience in film, theatre, and live entertainment.
His impressive credits include performing in the UK tour of “Stacey Jackson Flipside” and taking on the role of Jeff in the official Take That musical, “Greatest Days,” aboard the P&O Arvia.
Ayron is also a familiar face in the pantomime scene, gracing the stage at His Majesty’s Theatre in Aberdeen from 2021 to 2024. Additionally, he has showcased his talent onboard prestigious cruise ships, performing on the P&O Britannia in 2022 and the Iona in 2021.
With a passion for inspiring the next generation of performers, Ayron brings his extensive industry knowledge and infectious enthusiasm to the classroom, fostering creativity and confidence in his students.

Bethany McNeill
Bethany started dancing at Elevate back in 2012. (She was actually ELEVATE’s first signed up student!! )
She studied dance at school and college, whilst working at M&S.
Training and learning in mainly Afro Dance and street dance.
She continued her journey climbing the ladder in retail and is now a successful manager within M&S commuting to and from London whilst still continuing at Elevate Dance and Shake Dance (from 2017).

Ashanti Baafi-Antwi
With over a decade of dance experience, Ashanti brings a lovely energy to her classes.
Ashanti’s teaching style emphasizes the importance of self-expression and confidence while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
With a history in gymnastics, Ashanti continuously seeks to expand her knowledge of various dance styles and techniques, ensuring her classes are both creative and engaging.
Ashanti’s presence is always a loving calm one, and we very much look forward to see what she brings to her part in this year’s show choreography.

Tilly Holstead
Tilly Holstead is a dedicated final-year student at the University of East London, where she’s honing her skills and developing her passion for dance.
With over a decade of experience in various dance styles, Tilly has established herself as a regular competitive freestyler and actively participates in competition crews.
For more than five years, she has shared her love for dance through workshops and teaching, inspiring students of all ages at ELEVATE.
Currently focusing on hip hop and freestyle, Tilly draws from the rich history of street dance to infuse her choreography with authenticity as well as adding her own creativity and energy.
Tilly values training with leading dance company BoyBlue and is part of @_.wegrowtogether collective.

Elliot Plate
Elliot started Ballroom & Latin dancing at 4 years old, eventually competing at International level and being a member of the British Team in Juvenile, Junior and Youth sections.
As a teenager he took up Street Dancing, moving to America for several months to train at the famous Movement LifeStyle, which specialises in multiple Street
Dance styles. Upon his return he joined an established crew, started teaching and has now successfully choreographed and performed shows at Copper Box and Wembley Arena. Other credits include Move It main stage, Got to Dance, supporting “Flawless” on their UK tour, Britain’s Got Talent and more. Recently Elliot has trained with the highly regarded Boy Blue Company.
With over 12 years teaching experience, Elliot teaches both Street Dance, and Ballroom &
Latin. He is a professional member of the IDTA and a committee member of the Ballroom &
Latin South East area. This past year, Elliot has played a pivotal role in creating the new street dance syllabus for the IDTA. His work in this project led him to receive his
Fellowship in Street Dance, which accompanies his Licentiate in Ballroom & Latin.
